Digital pharmacy select features
In 2019, H-E-B Digital created a CX facing team to tackle how customers manage their medications online. Since it’s inception, the goal has been to improve the existing website by adding in key features while also adding on pharmacy tools to the My H-E-B application for native. The features below are key elements I have contributed to.
After our initial launch in 2022, we have moved into adding enhancement features in order to take the experience from basic functionality to a delightful, modern, and innovative care experience.
